The process Outsource Solutions uses helps the team or individuals assisting with the hazard analysis to better understand the importance of identifying hazards and implementing controls to eliminate potential injuries and illnesses.
It provides buy in from employees when controls are initiated.
It becomes part of the organizations health and safety system instead of the outside consultant completing it.

Changes as a Result of Bill 160

There will be changes in the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as certification requirements going forward as a result of
Bill 160.
New certification providers have been put on hold until certification requirements are reviewed and changed. For this reason Outsource
