As owner of Outsource Solutions since 1999, Judy Dulovic, is committed in promoting an injury and illness free environment while building a positive organizational and safety culture.

Her strength is her ability to relate and understand people's challenges. Her goal is to educate through training and coaching the importance of everyone taking responsibility for their personal and organizational success.  In these difficult times, it is imperative that we work together as a team to maintain a healthy viable workplace that can be sustained during this competitive global marketplace.

After listening to hundreds of managers and employees talk about their frustrations, it became apparent that Judy needed to write a book. She sees a problem and wants to fix it.  The Magic Thought "Can't Happen to Me" was published in 2008. The book and facilitated program reveals her life experiences coupled with numerous exercises and discussions to drive the various concepts home when participating in the facilitated program.
