tool along with The Magic Thought management training program will

measurable results as commitment and taking responsibility becomes commonplace

JHSC Certification Training - Level I and Level II

JHSC Certification is a legislative requirement for at least one management
and one employee JHSC committee member. If you are looking at raising
the bar, I recommend that your entire JHSC Committee attend this JHSC
Certification Training program approved by WSIB. (As an authorized
trainer for OSSA, I can offer through OSSA group sessions at your workplace)
NEW: Note: I am awaiting approval from WSIB to facilitate my own
program which includes the philosophy of The Magic Thought "Can't
Happen to Me" as well as a copy of the book. Also included is a
continuous improvement plan and TO DO lists outlined throughout to
make it easy to implement your health and safety system when you are
back at the office. This also helps employee members
understand what is involved when developing a health and safety
system and the importance of everyone getting on board to eliminate
injuries and illnesses in our workplaces. It is based on the concept
of eliminating injuries both on and off the job because you want to
