Management by Responsibility (MBR) or Personal Responsibility in Developing Excellence (PRIDE)
This is a three day course for MBR and two days for
PRIDE.
Focus on Self Responsibility where people become responsible for their own actions by Dr. Durst.
Journey to Personal and Leadership Excellence
This is a two day course is based on The Magic Thought Can't Happen to Me for managers, supervisors and employees.
This course covers aspects of commitment and taking responsibility. Promote a positive
organizational/health and safety culture as everyone works as a team for the success of the organization, personal success with an
emphasis on eliminating injuries and illnesses both on and off the job. This course does not include the health
and safety legislative component.
Progressive Improvement or How to Effectively Discipline
This is a half day session on how to effectively discipline with the goal of changing an undesired
behavior not building a file for termination.
Conducting an Effective Performance Appraisals
This is a half day information session. For hands on
scenarios where participants practice their skills allow one day

Day 1 -

Day 2 -
Personal Toolkit for Organizational and Personal Success including a segment on Violence in the Workplace.
